It’s your club’s website.

Club Care runs month to month, with 30 days’ written notice and no cancellation or buyout fee. Extra work is $100/hour, with your approval first. If you leave, we’ll help hand the site over.

PlayMetrics and any paid email or other subscriptions are separate. We’ll put the scope and terms in writing before we start.

We both help coach and run Burlington United SC, and we build websites together. We know how much clubs ask of volunteers, because we do those jobs too. When you need something, you’ll talk to us.

Your privacy

When you send an inquiry, we save your name, club, email, and message so Grant and Joel can reply and follow up. We don’t sell that information.

We count page views and actions such as opening a plan or sending an inquiry. These are activity counts, not unique visitor counts. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don’t store IP addresses in our analytics. Our host processes technical request details to keep the site running and prevent spam.

What’s included, and what happens if you leave?

Here’s how we propose to handle Club Care. We’ll confirm the scope and terms in a signed agreement before we start.

$199/month for ongoing care
We’ll cover hosting, domain registration and renewals, maintenance, backups, and monitoring. You’ll also get an analytics review each quarter and one hour of edits or support each month. The $199 monthly rate stays the same for the first 12 months. We’ll quote the initial build separately.
The site belongs to your club
The code and design we create specifically for your club become yours after the first payment under the agreement. You keep ownership of your domain. Any third-party licenses still apply.
If either of us needs to cancel
We’ll each give 30 days’ written notice. There’s no cancellation or buyout fee. We’ll prorate the final bill.
We’ll help with the handoff
We’ll give you the source code, content, media, deployment instructions, and a database export if your site uses one. Two hours of help with the transition are included. You’ll keep the remaining prepaid domain term and take over future renewal and hosting costs.
Work outside the plan
Extra edits or new features cost $100/hour, and we’ll ask for your approval before starting. Google Workspace isn’t required. You can use any existing email program or provider with configurable SMTP settings. PlayMetrics and any paid email or other subscriptions aren’t included.
